I recently met an extraordinary Berber man in Morocco who is working to restore a historic Kasbah while preserving the rich history of his people and village. His dream is to share this story with the world through a book. With unwavering dedication, he has handwritten his history in French and Arabic, capturing the essence of his culture, heritage, and vision for the future. Now, I’m seeking a thoughtful and skilled individual to help bring his dream to life. What I need: Someone who can transcribe handwritten pages (cursive script) into a digital format. Translation from French and Arabic into English for editing and preparation for pitching to publishers. Careful attention to detail, as his notebook includes both his story and sections where he has practiced his French. Every page needs to be faithfully transcribed so I can distinguish between the two. What makes this special: This is more than just a transcription job.
