You’ll be the friendly voice assisting clients with travel bookings, itinerary planning, and general inquiries. No experience? No problem! We’ll provide the training you need to thrive. What You’ll Do: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services. • Provide guidance on travel itineraries and ensure all reservations are accurate and timely. • Handle changes, cancellations, and customer concerns professionally and efficiently. • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service and meet customer needs.
