The Lead Front Pharmacy Technician supports their department, supervisor, and technician team by acting as an expert and resource for Specialty Data Entry. Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance
  • Applies knowledge/skills to complex activities
  • Demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area and often acts as a technical resource to others in own function
  • Maintains proficiency and quality as standardized by the department
  • Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies new solutions to problems
  • Plan, prioritize, organize and complete work to meet established objectives
  • Assist with training; individual projects as needed or assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment
  • 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician and data entry experience
  • 1+ years of Specialty Pharmacy experience
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with computer navigation and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Leadership experience in a work role or otherwise

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
