What You’ll Do Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide product or service information to help customers make informed decisions. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service or a related field (preferred but not required). Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated in a remote setting. Proficient with technology, including customer service software and tools.
