Job Title: Executive Assistant - Operations and Events Job Overview... We are dedicated to empowering individuals, families, businesses, and communities to achieve financial well-being and security. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO and COO in managing operations and events. If you possess strong communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail, we would be eager to connect with you. This role involves overseeing event logistics, managing executive schedules, and assisting with a variety of operational tasks. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and COO. • Oversee the CEO's inbox, prioritizing correspondence, drafting replies, and flagging critical communications. • Assist in planning and executing events, including logistical arrangements such as venue selection and vendor coordination. • Prepare and distribute event materials, ensuring timely communication with participants. • Research and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and partners, including the preparation of sponsorship proposals. • Provide operational support through project management and other administrative duties. • Maintain organized records and documentation for events and other operational activities. • Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the CEO and COO. Required Skills • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Keen attention to detail and a robust commitment to high-quality outcomes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software. • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel for in-person events as necessary. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, events management, or a related field. • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role.
