This role will oversee the clinical performance of nursing teams, implement innovative care practices, and ensure the highest standards of patient care across CVS Health’s healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advancing healthcare delivery and a proven track record of leadership in nursing management. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal clinical performance and professional growth. Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with regulatory standards and CVS Health’s mission. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall care experience. Monitor clinical metrics and utilize data-driven insights to drive improvements in patient care quality and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the nursing department. Advocate for the needs of nursing teams and patients in organizational planning and decision-making. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to optimize service delivery and operational sustainability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive nursing experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and nursing practices. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in strategic planning, team development, and process improvement.
