We are looking for the right person to fill the role of Procurement Specialist whose primary responsibility is to serve as the point of contact for clients regarding their hardware orders and providing updates on order status, addressing any discrepancies. As a memb r of our Operations team, a Procurement Specialist is responsible for facilitating purchases from outside suppliers.? The role of Procurement Specialist involves responsibilities such as supplier management, quality assurance, and inventory management.? The Procurement Specialist manages the procurement process to ensure it is cost effective, efficient and in compliance with established company policies and procedures.? Importan Attributes for a BECA Procurement Specialist: Assistin • h providing quotes Handling all • pects of order processing, including verifying client requirements and processing transactions Communicate wi • suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products that meet client specifications Partner with Cli • Success to ensure quotes are accurate and processed in a timely manner Partner with Opera • ns to ensure invoicing is correct and tickets/projects are open if applicable Maintain accurate in • tory records for client hardware and ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet client demands Serve as the p • t of co • ct for clients regarding their hardware orders and providing updates on order status Preparing and managing all • cessary documentation related to orders Address any issues or discre • cies that arise during the ordering process And of course, your technical ills!
