Employer Industry: Healthcare Laundry Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour • Health and Dental Insurance (Employer Contribution) after 60 days, along with optional Vision Insurance • Generous sick time policy with accrual of 1.85 hours every pay period • 401K plan with a 6% company match contribution • Paid vacation and personal days after one year of employment • Supportive office environment with opportunities for professional growth What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Maintain accounts payable and vendor records, processing vendor payments weekly • Match purchase orders with invoices, verify pricing, and input invoices into the system • Prepare various reports related to accounts payable and payroll for financial reporting • Assist in maintaining the general ledger through journal entries and account reconciliation • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with federal payroll laws and accuracy in deductions What Is Required (Qualifications) • Associate's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years in Accounts Payable and Payroll • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll systems (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP) • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Familiarity with GAAP principles • Experience with Dynamics Great Plains ERP or similar software #Healthcare #AccountsPayable #Payroll #CareerOpportunity #EmployeeBenefits "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
