Remote Part-Time Law Student Clerk Opportunity Are you a driven law student looking to gain valuable experience in administrative law? We're seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Part-time Law Student Clerk. In this role, you will: • Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents • Conduct legal research and investigate facts to support casework • Monitor and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations • Manage and organize client information Qualifications: • Current enrollment in a J.D. program preferred • Familiarity with Virginia administrative law and/or disability law a plus • Good research and writing skills Work Schedule: • Enjoy the flexibility of setting your own hours (5-15 hours per week over 2-4 months) • Maintain open communication by providing daily work updates • Attend weekly team meetings to stay connected and informed Compensation: • Competitive hourly rate of $25-$30 based on experience Interested?
