Job Overview: Remote Mobile Home Park Acquisitions Assistant Join our growing team as a Mobile Home Park Acquisitions Assistant and play a vital role in expanding our footprint in affordable housing! This is a commission-only position designed for motivated individuals who excel in communication, documentation, and building relationships. You'll be the bridge between our organization and mobile home parks, identifying opportunities to acquire and revitalize communities. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact in a flexible and dynamic role. Key Responsibilities: • Outreach and Engagement • Conduct targeted outreach to mobile home parks using online search strategies (e.g., Google). • Build relationships with park representatives by following a provided script and adapting your communication to the park’s unique needs. • Maintain a professional and persuasive demeanor during all interactions. • Thorough Documentation • Accurately record critical details for each contact, including park name, address, phone number, contact name, and a summary of the conversation. • Submit daily reports to management, ensuring they include the required documentation and your shift start and end times. • Time Management Excellence • Work in structured intervals (20 minutes on, 10 minutes off) to maintain peak productivity throughout your shift. • Collaboration with Management • Share insights and updates from your outreach efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: • Skills & Qualities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail. • Self-motivation and discipline to work in a commission-only environment. • Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain persistent. • Technical Proficiency • Familiarity with online search tools and basic data entry. • Experience using spreadsheets or CRM software is a plus. • Work Environment • Flexible schedule with the ability to work independently.
