Minimum qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience... • 2 years of experience in advertising, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles. • Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals. • Ability to communicate in English fluently to communicate with clients in this region. Preferred qualifications: • Experience managing and customizing experiences for a customer base. • Experience in new business sales and business analysis. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional international teams and managing stakeholders (internal and external facing). • Ability to take initiative, and lead, motivate, and work well with others. • Ability to multi-task and to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. Responsibilities • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, help them achieve business goals, and contribute to the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly business goals. • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals, and work towards mutual business goals. • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products. • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, and deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers. • Execute business strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams and communicate with customers proactively via phone and email.
