Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate data records. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Accurately enter and update customer information into company databases. • Respond promptly to emails, chat inquiries, and phone calls in a professional manner. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and data integrity. • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. • Generate reports and analyze data to support operational efficiency.
