Travel Guidance: Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destination information, visa requirements, travel advisories, and health and safety protocols. Provide support for special assistance requests, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, and unaccompanied minors. 5. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about Delta Airlines' services, products, and promotions. Educate customers on available amenities, onboard entertainment options, seating configurations, and loyalty program benefits to enhance their travel experience. 6. Technical Support: Assist customers with navigating Delta Airlines' website, mobile app, and self-service tools.
