Job Overview We are a dynamic and expanding network of public, open-enrollment, tuition-free schools, with locations in San Antonio, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Phoenix, Baton Rouge, and an upcoming expansion to Florida in 2025. Our mission is to provide over 25,000 K-12 students with access to a high-quality classical liberal arts education, effectively dismantling barriers typically associated with... private preparation schools. Career Growth Opportunities We offer an Apprentice Teacher Program designed for new educators seeking a personalized course of study complemented by mentorship from seasoned Lead Teachers. This full-time, paid apprenticeship provides invaluable experience within a classical liberal arts classroom. Successful completion of the program, along with meeting defined milestones, will prepare apprentices to step into lead teaching roles across our network in lower, middle, or upper schools.
