Recognized as one of the fastest-growing franchise concepts for 2024, Send Me a Pro is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help our franchisees thrive! Responsibilities: • Create personalized marketing plans for franchise owners based on their budgets, goals, and objectives. • Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, including: • Facebook and Google Ads • Direct mail campaigns • Local yard sign distribution • Grassroots marketing and business development plans • Provide training and guidance to franchisees on implementing marketing strategies effectively. • Manage CRM and marketing automation tools (email, SMS, etc.), with preference for experience using Go High Level. • Hold weekly calls with franchisees to review marketing performance, make recommendations, and adjust campaigns as needed. • Ensure marketing efforts align with brand guidelines and support overall business growth for franchisees. Qualifications: • Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies (experience in home services is a plus). • Expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and direct mail campaigns. • Experience with Go High Level CRM or similar platforms is preferred. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to regularly interact with franchisees. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing plans at once. • Ability to train and support franchisees in executing their marketing strategies. • What We Offer: • Full training on our marketing processes and how to support franchisees effectively. • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing franchise system that has been ranked among the top for 2024. • A dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth. • If you’re a marketing professional who loves helping businesses succeed and thrive, we’d love to hear from you!
