• 10+ years of experience working on large Vlocity engagements as a Technical Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and support pre-sales activities.
• Transform business requirements into Vlocity functional and technical specifications.
• Lead expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
• Conduct customer workshops during project discovery, prepare solution design documents, and collaborate with development teams.
• Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, and deploy solutions to the client's Vlocity.com organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other systems using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience working with AppExchange products and integrations.
• Implement Agile and other project management methodologies.
• Leverage different design patterns for application development and integration.
• Understand and implement various cloud products like Sales, Service, Community, FSL, etc.
• Demonstrate strong critical and analytical thinking skills, both technical and non-technical.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Certifications:

• Preferred: Vlocity certifications in architect and consulting tracks (Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
