About the position

The Delivery Station Customer Support Team Manager at Amazon is responsible for leading a remote team of customer service associates who provide local support for Amazon customers. This role focuses on managing performance, improving service levels, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple delivery station locations. The manager will collaborate with various support functions to enhance customer experience and drive team engagement while navigating the challenges of a remote work environment.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Greater Atlanta, Georgia.

  • 1 year of previous experience managing 20+ customer service associates in a customer service environment.
  • ,
  • 1 year of experience successfully implementing change management in large scale operations.
  • ,
  • Experience leading teams in a remote environment.
  • ,
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • ,
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • ,
  • Full-time availability (40+ hours per week).
  • ,
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for long periods.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
