Job title: Salesforce & Certinia F&A Administrator in Boston, MA at Irvine Technology Corporation Company: Irvine Technology Corporation Job description: Salesforce & Certinia F&A AdministratorWe have an immediate need for a Salesforce & Certinia F&A Administrator to join our client for a long-term contract position that will be remote. This position will successfully partner with Financial Planning & Analysis teams to drive success and address application questions, implement changes and drive application enhancements.Location: RemoteThis job expects to pay about $60-90/hr plus benefitsWhat You Will Do:

• Application Management: Support, administer and maintain the FFA solution of the Certinia implementation.
• Provide support and guidance to the technical team on month end closure financial processes.
• Implement and oversee application changes and enhancements.
• Apply and support the accounting practices within the Certinia applications, including Revenue recognition engine, Time management, Backlog management, Business economics, Invoicing and currency processes, Work in Progress reporting and project economics
• Act as a liaison between the business, finance and business relationship managers to understand and address application-related needs. Drive the development and enhancements of the application relating to finance and accounting matters
• Offer technical support to internal teams regarding Certinia applications. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application processes and configurations. Ensure data integrity and security within the applications.

What Gets You The Job:

• Qualification or degree in Computer Science, Accountancy or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Salesforce Admin
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia Accounting
• Solid background in accounting practices, especially in accounts payable, accounts receivable and revenue recognition.
• Experience with WIP and backlog reporting.
• Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions
• Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps.
