- A hard worker – this is a physical job (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
- Honest, reliable and have an eye for detail
- Comfortable working in homes with pets
- A good driver with a valid license without restrictions
- Willing to submit to a national background check
- Paid training program
- $15- $18 hourly rate– no nights or weekends
- Company car provided while working
- Uniforms provided
