Recruiter

The Human Interface Design Team is seeking a seasoned recruiter who brings a deep sense of hospitality to the hiring experience. We are a close-knit team from diverse backgrounds who treat talent research as a creative, collaborative, and human-centered practice-an extension of the design process. This role is based in Cupertino and requires a high degree of attention to detail and care in every interaction Description In this role, you'll create a white-glove candidate experience while acting as a strategic partner to our design team. Responsibilities include: Conducting thoughtful research and sourcing for design and technical talent Leading screening conversations and in-person interviews with warmth and precision Managing the full candidate journey-from first outreach through offer negotiations-with care and discretion Hosting candidates and guests with a hospitality mindset: planning interview days, attending dinners and offsites Maintaining and expanding a global network of creative professionals and design leaders, with a strong focus on building inclusive and diverse pipelines Representing the team externally through industry events, portfolio reviews, and tailored outreach Creating and presenting keynotes, leading design-led review conversations

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ Years proven ability to source and hire top design candidates

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,100 and $302,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
