What We’re Looking For
- Native operator on X, Farcaster, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord with proven web3 growth track record
- Experience orchestrating daily posts with zero quality or timeline slippage
- Proficiency with AI copywriting tools and the ability to edit AI outputs to maintain authentic voice
- Experience using AI for content moderation and community management at scale
- KOL, DAO, and AMA coordination mastery with a rich network of Web3 KOLs/influencers
- Fluency in social tooling, on-chain analytics, and AI-powered audience intelligence platforms
- Copywriting that converts scrollers into advocates and skeptics into believers
- Skills in leveraging AI analytics platforms to predict content performance and optimize in real-time
- Data-driven mindset with a talent for spotting trends before they trend
- 24/7 community instincts—because alpha leaks at 3 AM and memes wait for no one
- Strategic thinker who can localize master narratives into platform-perfect content
What You’ll Do
- Own the content calendar: Plan, schedule, and publish high-volume, channel-native content across platforms
- Ignite the feed: Deploy memes, live commentary, and trend hijacks within minutes to keep Hike at the center of Web3 conversations
- Utilize AI for content creation: Generate first drafts across multiple platforms simultaneously, editing for brand voice and authenticity
- Moderate & engage 24/7: Leverage AI-assisted moderation tools while maintaining authentic brand voice and surfacing real-time insights
- Implement sentiment analysis: Deploy AI-powered sentiment tracking to monitor community mood and address concerns proactively
- Develop AI listening systems: Create alerts that flag trending conversations for real-time content opportunities
- Orchestrate KOL strategy: Source, brief, and equip KOLs/Influencers with creative kits in Apply Job!
