Kitchen Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable

- Loves serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 35 lbs on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Prior experience in companies such as McDonald's, Starbucks, Wendy's, Burger King, Panera, Chipotle, Taco Bell, FiveGuys, Target, BestBuy, Papa John's, Pizza Hut, Smoothie King, Pollo Tropical, and Publix are preferred but not required.
