  • Carefully respond to all customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service through active listening.

  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.

  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.

  • Communicate appropriately and professionally with customers.

  • Provide support for Health Care Providers.

  • Research benefit information as needed.

  • Handle situations which may require adaptation of response or extensive research.

  • Accurately document and maintain all interactions.

  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.

Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.

  • 6 months customer service experience preferred.

  • Over 18 years of age.

  • Ability to type 25 wpm.

  • High School Graduate or GED.

  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.

  • Proven oral and written communication skills.

  • Logical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
