Project Management Principal

Under limited supervision, responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of complex and cross-functional project oriented work efforts. Essential Functions

  • Translate work completed across EVP organization into a holistic narrative that is tied to EVP org goals and broader Data and technology strategies.
  • Partners with CDIO team to create relevant messaging, and storylines as needed. Works to ensure the appropriate narrative/s are embedded in relevant material.
  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans to support business objectives and leadership narratives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges, assess risks, and define strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Develop business cases, strategic plans, and performance metrics.
  • Frequently lead large project efforts, including taking responsibility for issue resolution across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, financial analysis, and all aspects of costing and managing project financials.
  • Draft and review documentation in compliance with the Company's global development process, and ensures all project deliverables are in compliance with the global development process.
  • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the department/organization.
  • Provides mentoring for the development of those in less senior positions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment. Domicile Information This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States. The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need. Occasional travel to a regional office may be required. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
