Position Overview: As a Live Chat Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients through online chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers who require technical assistance and problem-solving. Your main goal will be to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience by resolving their issues promptly and effectively.
