Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients.

- Assist patients in managing appointments and care.

- Provide extraordinary customer service to strengthen the patient/clinician relationship.

- Support the interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model through various support duties.

- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a call center environment or scheduling experience.

- Preferred experience working in a Pediatric Department.

- Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs is required.
,
- Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude to master EMR based on other technology experience is required.

- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, customer service, and time management skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Working knowledge of patient-related documents is preferred.

- A bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
