Join our team in assisting consumers with their online purchases, by selling or exchanging new or second-hand fashion items. - Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a leading online marketplace.
- Handle the continuous communication via ticketing and chat with customers regarding incidents, issues and questions
- Resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client
- Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures
What you will bring:
- Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills
- Good English reading and writing skills (B2 level)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-minded and empathetic, ability to independently support customers
- High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools)
- Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Customer Service experience is preferred
