Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, wellness-driven Mid-Level Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) licensed in California to join our growing telehealth team. This is a part-time, independent contractor role ideal for someone passionate about holistic, integrative care and excited to grow with an early-stage startup. You’ll work closely under the guidance of our Chief Medical Officer (CMO), contributing to clinical strategy, patient protocol development, and long-term care planning within a collaborative and innovative care model. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual patient visits and consultations as the primary provider
• Document patient interactions and maintain up-to-date clinical notes in EMR
• Review lab results and other diagnostic information to guide treatment decisions
• Prescribe and manage therapies including peptides and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Support clinical decision-making in alignment with evidence-based and holistic protocols
• Collaborate with the CMO on treatment planning, chart reviews, and patient monitoring
• Ensure documentation meets all HIPAA, telehealth, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to the development of patient-centered protocols and SOPs
• Maintain timely communication with team and leadership
• Participate in strategic discussions as the company evolves

Qualifications: Education & Licensure:

• Active and unrestricted California license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• NPI number
• DEA license (or willingness to obtain)

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of clinical experience (telemedicine or wellness-based care preferred)
• Strong understanding of patient-centered, functional, or integrative medicine models
• Familiarity with EMR systems (experience with RxNT is a plus)
• Ability to work independently, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and high standards of care
