Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Project gigs are available now and more are on the horizon. Do you have a creative mind as well as a deep understanding of online communities and social media? ModSquad is seeking a Social Media Engagement Moderator with experience and passion for gaming communities to join our team. As a ModSquad Social Media Engagement Moderator, you will provide social media engagement on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, as well as the game Forums. This will also include some minor moderation on Discord, but the focus will be on engagement. Project Hours: 24/7 Hourly Rate: To be discussed in the interview phase Commitment: 10 hours per week 90 days (as needed) Language: English What We Are Looking For:
- Be a professional-level English speaker.
- Social Media experience is a plus!
- Must be able to write custom responses using proper grammar and spelling.
- Be communicative with Management and team members while on shift.
- A love of games and an understanding of gaming forums are a huge plus!
Playing the game is a requirement for this project. Please ensure you have a PC with at least the following specifications:
- 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 64-bit
- Processor: Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 460
- DirectX: Version 9.0c or higher (2010 June)
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 50 GB+ available space
WorkSpace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
