If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you! Duties Include:
- Arrive on time for work, dressed in complete and proper uniform.
- Maintain cleanliness in the lounge, bar and hostess area.
- Prepare station and perform assigned opening side duties.
- Handling and organization of reservation book.
- Maintain standards of Viceroy’s personal grooming habits.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all menus.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Exceptional phone skills.
- Proficiency on Open Table.
- Communicate frequently and consistently with other members of the team and other colleagues during service.
- Perform all duties in a professional manner, both when dealing with guests and with other colleagues.
- Practice teamwork when interacting with all departments in the hotel.
- Understand and demonstrate the concept of making customers. Have an awareness of customer problems and potential problems. Inform manager to further our goals of customer-making.
- Perform all closing side duties, leaving station clean and set for the next shift.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
