As a Disney Travel Agent, you'll be more than just a planner – you'll be a magic maker! You'll guide clients through the enchanting world of Disney vacations, from Walt Disney World and Disneyland to Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney. You'll use your expertise and passion to: • Create Personalized Disney Vacations: Design customized itineraries that cater to each client's unique needs, preferences, and budgets. • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer in-depth knowledge of Disney destinations, attractions, dining options, and special events. • Manage Bookings and Reservations: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, and transportation. • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients, providing prompt and professional assistance throughout the planning process and during their travels. • Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously learn about new Disney offerings, promotions, and travel industry trends. • Solve Problems and Provide Support: Address any travel-related issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and stress-free vacation for clients. What We're Looking For: • A genuine passion for Disney and a strong desire to share the magic with others. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. • Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Sales and customer service experience is a plus. • Previous experience with Disney travel planning is highly desirable.
