Hours: 1st shift Mon-Thurs 4; 10-hour shifts 5a-3:30p ? *

** Dress code: Jeans, t-shirt, steel toed shoes, NO jewelry, nothing with holes, rips, tears or with profanity on it or offensive Summary: Powder Coater position requires a skilled individual with a strong background in mechanical knowledge, manufacturing, machining, and construction painting. Premium skills in operating a forklift are highly valued for this role. Additionally, relevant skills such as proficiency in using hand tools, materials handling, fabrication, crane operation, basic math, lean manufacturing principles, warehouse experience, and familiarity with precision measuring instruments and assembly are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essentials Functions of the Job: ? Read paperwork from hangers to determine work. ? Use Control Panel to start job. ? Set up Auto guns. ? Use Control Panel to change colors. ? Spray powder onto parts. ? Tear down and clean up between color changes. Essential Job Requirements (Background/Skill/Training): ? Ability to lift (up to 50 lbs). ? Ability to bend and hold auto paint gun in place. ?
