Loan Services Manager

The position is responsible for leading and managing the Loan Services team to achieve operational success in order to support and meet the Bank's overall objectives. What are the responsibilities? ? Provide efficient and timely services to customers, management, and vendors of the Bank; ? Determines work procedures and expediting work flow; ? Proactively identifying loan servicing issues and subsequently restructuring service protocols to mitigate potential future risks; ? Manages the Loan Services Department in order to ensuring the department's compliance with all operating policies and procedures and regulatory and governmental requirements; ? Designs, develops and implements loan servicing processes, policies and procedures ensuring all fall within the parameters of the organization's policies and standards and appropriate regulations; ? Assists with the creation of new loan product types; researches and analyzes options regarding new products and procedures and reports findings to bank management; ? Oversees HMDA and CRA data to ensure accuracy and timely submission and manages the software used to gather analyze and submit information; ? Coordinates projects within the Loan Service area to implement changes as necessary: ? Ensures accuracy of loan portfolio data by generating reports and queries on a regular basis and acts to correct errors; ? Designs, develops and generates reports for management's use in monitoring the loan portfolio; ? Communicates with all areas of the bank to coordinate procedural changes related to new and changing policies and regulations; and ? Provides timely reporting to the Chief Credit & Operations Officer and other appropriate groups or individuals. What are the Required Qualifications? Required: ? A high school diploma or GED; ? Minimum of 4-6 years of related experience required; ? Specialized, relevant banking education and training; ? Demonstrated leadership, including ability to communicate clear expectations, coach and provide feedback, and drive engagement and performance across team; ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ? Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and ? Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred: ? Bachelor's degree in a related field of study; and ? A working knowledge of loan services functional areas and experience with relevant systems (i.e. DNA). Location: Our Operations Center: 100 V-Twin Drive, Gettysburg PA. Benefits: ?
