Call Center Representative

Urgently hiring for a contracted role with a well known hospital in Laguna Hills, CA! $23-$24/HR for a Hospital Call Center 8 week contract with high possibly of extension Description Scheduling?call center Laguna Beach Monday through Friday, 9:15 ? 5:45. No weekends. ? Must haves: Medical preferable, with terminology, ? Dealing with patients and provide great customer service and patient care?empathetic, nice, thick skin. ? Averaging 400-500 calls a day?Mon Tues Wed is crazy. They will train for a week or two, before turned on their own. ? Team averages 85-90 calls per person per day?inbound and outbound. Superstars do 120 but not expected. ? 75 calls a day is the metric. ? Environment?95% of staff remote?one person full-time in Laguna?she?s quiet, sweet, and what they need is someone that convey good personality on the phone. ? Someone that is bubbly, can speak clearly and have empathy but be concise and convey they are taking things seriously and doing their best to make sure they get scheduled as soon as possible. ? Always get calls for departments that aren?t theirs---they will show how to transfer or give a number to that department. ? Have calls for people with bad moods. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare system. EMR experience Microsoft Office experience experience with administrative duties #westpriority25 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
