About the position The Brow Waxing Expert at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of the Benefit brand by engaging with guests to understand their needs, assisting in product selection, and performing short beauty services such as eyebrow and facial waxing. This role emphasizes exceptional guest service, product knowledge, and compliance with operational standards, contributing to the overall success of the store and the brand. Responsibilities ? Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals. , ? Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging every guest. , ? Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations. , ? Perform short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and tinting. , ? Use appointment systems to book guests' appointments for services and events. , ? Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services. , ? Maintain prompt, regular attendance. , ? Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests. , ? Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development. , ? Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio. , ? Maintain strong relationships with Benefit brand partners and participate in in-store events. , ? Share the benefits of the guest loyalty program with guests. , ? Collaborate with managers and associates to help grow the business. , ? Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies and procedures. , ? Follow safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services. , ? Drive sales by keeping the Brow Bar area replenished and maintained. , ? Communicate supply needs to the management team in a timely manner. , ? Maintain outstanding store operational standards, including cleanliness of the Brow Bar and other areas. , ? Participate in completing merchandise resets and processing shipments. Requirements ? High school diploma is preferred. , ? Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law. , ? Experience in make-up application, eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred. , ? Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work. , ? Demonstrates significant competency in sales, products, and service. , ? Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. , ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. , ?
