About the position Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to provide tailored security solutions throughout the Gulf Coast. The role involves protecting commercial businesses and assets, performing federal contract security, and emergency response work. This position is part-time and offers flexible shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, as well as weekends. Responsibilities ? Protect commercial businesses and assets as an armed or unarmed security officer. , ? Perform routine foot patrols and monitor premises for security breaches. , ? Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed. , ? Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity and ensure safety. , ? Complete reports and documentation as required. Requirements ? Must be at least 25 years of age. , ? Must have a clean criminal background. , ? Must be able to pass a drug screening. , ? Must own reliable transportation and have an active cell phone number. , ? Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. , ? Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform moderate lifting. Nice-to-haves ? Prior law enforcement, military, and/or security experience is a plus. , ? Retirees are welcome to apply.
