Job description JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented sales professional to serve as a Retail Sales Associate. Someone who is passionate about making sales, providing excellent service to their consumers, and making advancements in our company. COMPANY PROFILE: Total By Verizon is a fairly new, but fast growing retailer of wireless products and services. We try to provide our customers with excellent service and provide them affordable plans and great deals. JOB DESCRIPTION: Looking for a Retail Sales Associate. You will be given the responsibility of opening and closing stores and performing the duties necessary to operate the location. Majority of the role will be marketing to bring in customers and then you will help your customers find the service plan that works with them and help them choose from a wide variety of devices they'd like to purchase and any other accessories that they'd like to get to go with their device. JOB DUTIES: - Open/Close stores - Marketing on Social Media and In-Person to let people know about the deals and services we provide. - Assist customers in finding the service plan that works best for them. - Perform the necessary tasks to operate the store. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be able to maintain a professional attitude - Experience in sales is necessary- experience is cell phone sales would be preferred. - Talent, motivation, and ability to talk to people in a way that makes them feel comfortable in listening to what you have to say - Being able to speak English and Spanish would be preferred so there's no language barriers between the Sales Rep and Customer. - Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software We try to offer competitive pay rates, sales commissions, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
