Construction Foreman - Firestop
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced working foreman with good firestop knowledge to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate must have firestopping experience and possess strong leadership skills. Must be able to communicate with project team and GC representation. Duties: - Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets - Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other staff - Interpret blueprints, and other technical drawings - Manage project documentation - Install firestopping and acoustical sealants Skills: -Ability to install correct firestop systems - Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams - Ability to interpret blueprints, and technical drawings If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we encourage you to apply.
