Requirements • Fluency in Portuguese is essential; proficiency in English is also required. • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer relationship management software is a plus. • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
