The Risk Policy Officer is a subject matter expert in Model Risk with some risk management and control experience who will work on the review and enhancements of the Citi Model Risk Management Policy, Procedure, and Templates. The Candidate should have excellent communication skills to work with and influence stakeholders within and outside of Risk Management. Responsibilities: Enhance and update the Model Risk Procedure/Templates and assists in updating the Model Risk Policy Assist the Head of MRM Policy and Risk Policy Senior Officer on regional and/or global tasks Communicate results to diverse audiences of all levels within and outside of MRM Conduct analysis and translates discussion around processes into clear procedure that meets regulatory guidelines Manage stakeholder interaction with model sponsors, model validators, model developers and business owners to update Model Risk Documentation Assist in preparing presentations for regulatory and/or audit exams Provide effective challenge to model validators and stakeholders Contribute to strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the model risk organization. Qualifications 2-5 years’ experience in Risk Management and/or Technical Documentation Some understanding of SR 11-7 Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and detail oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Word and Powerpoint Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time Comfortable communicating with various levels of management within Risk Management and Business Ability to influence and find consensus amongst stakeholders Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family Group: Risk Management ------------------------------------------------------ Job Family: Risk Framework and Policy ------------------------------------------------------ Time Type: Full time ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location: Tampa Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $87,280.00 - $130,920.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
