Account Specialist, Health & Benefits

About the position The Account Specialist, Health & Benefits plays a critical role in supporting the client management team by providing healthcare and group benefits solutions. This includes plan design, vendor evaluation, management, and conducting benefits meetings for clients' employees. The position involves collaboration with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers to ensure client needs are met while maintaining high customer service standards. The role offers career growth opportunities within a hybrid work environment, primarily working from home with occasional office and client meetings in Colorado.
