OBJECTIVE To provide support and administrative assistance to the Corporate Vice Presidents, their divisions, the Senior Executive Assistant, and various areas throughout the company. RESPONSIBILITIES Support multiple vice presidents using a variety of project management, communication, and organizational skills. Plan, coordinate, and ensure the Vice Presidents' schedules are followed and respected. Work closely and effectively with the Vice Presidents to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Manage several deliverables and smaller projects within the divisions and departments. Coordinate various elements of business projects forward and ensure team members are getting deliverables to the final stage. Provide regular updates to Vice Presidents and their respective Directors such as drafting, preparing and proofing presentations, gathering data and presenting information in meetings. Follow up on contacts made by the Vice Presidents and support ongoing relationships. Communicate directly to corporate leadership, on behalf of the Vice Presidents. QUALIFICATIONS Required: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum five years administrative experience required. Experienced usage and program development skills in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) required. Keyboarding skills of 65 wpm with accuracy required. Basic math aptitude required. Willingness to pursue industry-related classes required. Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Familiarity with terminology and operations of the agricultural and insurance industries preferred. Note: This is a Home Office 3 days a week with the option to work from home the other 2 days.
