We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to work in our Sales and Account Management Department. The ideal candidate will have a fine attention to detail and comprehensive documentation skills, and well as an ability to proactively follow-up on customer feedback, issues, and resolutions. This position also requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers or potential customers, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Documenting Issues: Accurately record any customer-related issues and work orders in the system. • Customer Follow Up: Proactivily follow up with customers and key accounts to ensure their needs are met. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers. • Evolving Duties: Be adaptable as additional duties may evolve over time.
