We're seeking a Data Scientist to develop machine learning models and statistical analyses focused on real estate pricing trends and internal data. In this role, you'll work in an engineering driven startup environment alongside highly technical engineers and computer scientists. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy machine learning models to predict real estate trends and pricing.
• Analyze internal data, including smart home technology usage, to improve operations.
• Leverage AWS services (especially SageMaker) for model deployment and management.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate data from multiple sources into analytical models.
• Use Python, SQL/NoSQL, and R to analyze data and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science with expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL/NoSQL, and R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with AWS, particularly SageMaker for deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with SnowPark or similar frameworks for cloud-based data processing.
• Real Estate or Property Management experience is a plus.
• Startup or small company experience is preferred.
