Position Overview:

ShyftLabs is looking for a strong Frontend Developer with 5+ Years of Professional experience in building products and who have an entrepreneurial spirit to work in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for resourceful developers who can solve complex problems and write very strong code. React.js experience is a must-have for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Manage product development, testing, deployment, and support.

Develop/Enhance existing applications as per product requirements.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development.

Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

Work with a small cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, data engineers, and designers.

Help the team in documenting changes made in different artifacts.

Help team members in the knowledge-sharing session

Ability to learn other coding languages as needed.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend and React Technologies.

3+ years of experience with RESTful API and delivering products or services using web technologies.

Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Experience with client-facing UI development and an eye for design aesthetics.

Expertise in debugging complex systems or applications.

Version control systems (Git).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within the Retail or E-commerce industry is a plus.

Experience with any the following technologies- Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and Docker.

Experience working on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
