We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Ops Lead  to join our team at AutoLeap. As HR Ops Lead , you will

  • Manage key HR systems, including Rippling, ADP, Google Workspace, Vanguard, Slack, Zoom, and UberEats/Grubhub.
  • Oversee team gift ordering, travel bookings, and meal arrangements.
  • Fully own onboarding processes: New hire communication, preboarding and other onboarding support.
  • Support offboarding processes and ensure all Systems are regularly updated and reconciled.
  • Track IT equipment inventory and allocations, ensuring proper receipt and retrieval.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection, invoice management, and evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address operational needs and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate HR processes to enhance efficiency and overall employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, assist in HR reporting, and track key HR metrics.

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (Rippling, ADP).
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

NOTE: You will be required to work from 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time
