Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven marketer who can take ownership of demand generation and website trial growth. This is an execution-focused position where you’ll directly work on marketing campaigns, conversion optimization, and lead generation. If you love experimenting, optimizing, and scaling B2B SaaS trials, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Your Mission: Drive Growth & Demand for ShortPoint

  • Increase website trial sign-ups by optimizing the conversion funnel, running A/B tests, and improving website messaging.

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns (SEO, paid ads, content marketing, and email campaigns) to drive inbound leads.

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit etc.) to increase trial sign-ups with a strong ROI.

  • Improve website performance through CRO, landing page optimization, and lead magnets.

  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align messaging and drive conversions.

  • Analyze data and experiment with new growth strategies to improve CAC and LTV.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.

  • Proven expertise in increasing trial sign-ups and trials to conversions for a B2B SaaS product.

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid marketing (Google/LinkedIn), A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, and landing page tools.

  • Data-driven mindset—you make decisions based on numbers, not guesses.

  • Ability to work independently and execute without relying on large teams or big budgets.

  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, and Churn.
