Part-Time Cold Caller for Local Business Directory Advertising Sales

The Merrimack Valley Business Directory is expanding! We’re seeking a motivated and outgoing Cold Caller to help us connect with local businesses across New Hampshire. Your role will involve introducing our business directory and advertising opportunities to potential clients, helping them grow their visibility in their community. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys engaging with people and has a passion for local businesses, this is a great opportunity for you! Duties • Make outbound calls to local businesses across various industries (health and wellness, home services, real estate, and more) to introduce advertising opportunities in the Merrimack Valley Business Directory. • Explain the benefits of being featured in our directory and upcoming regional magazines. • Qualify leads and set up follow-ups for the sales team. • Track call outcomes and maintain an organized record of client interactions in our CRM system. • Meet weekly call volume and lead generation goals to support sales campaigns. Skills • Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required. • Clear, confident, and professional communication skills. • A results-driven attitude and ability to handle objections positively. • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision. • Basic computer literacy for updating client information and tracking progress.
