Remote RN - Telehealth eICU | WFH Opportunity

Job Overview We are actively seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to become integral members of our innovative eICU team. In this pivotal position, you will deliver exceptional virtual care to critically ill patients across a comprehensive network of hospitals, employing state-of-the-art technology to ensure high-quality care from our centralized command center. Key Responsibilities • Deliver remote care to critically ill patients by monitoring vital signs, responding to alarms, and engaging in patient rounds. • Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, intensivists, and the broader care team. • Leverage advanced telemedicine technology to evaluate patient conditions and inform clinical decision-making. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and actively contribute to the evolution of the eICU program. • Mentor and support bedside nurses at partner hospitals. Required Skills • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities. • Proficiency in utilizing telemedicine tools and technologies. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Commitment to mentoring and supporting fellow healthcare professionals. • A dedication to quality improvement efforts within the healthcare setting. Qualifications • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a critical care environment (ICU, CCU, etc.). • Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state. • Current CPR/BLS certification. • ACLS certification required within six months of hire.
