Software QA Tester II
Description: Oversees the quality of products produced by the Software Development Team. Focuses on process improvements for high quality production operations. Monitors for and reports on quality issues. Mentors other QA Specialists and collaborates with development teams. Works effectively to define testable user stories with test cases and acceptance criteria. Reviews automated test cases to ensure adequacy for quality deployment. Monitors software logs, metrics, and performance data for quality improvement. Triage, validate, and track reported bugs or issues. Leads after action reviews for continuous QA practice improvement. Ensures products meet UX design standards and accessibility guidelines. Identifies improvement opportunities for automated tests' efficiency. Conducts manual and exploratory testing for quality validation.
